That's not even the best part... They had no idea where the doctors went, and when I asked how I would go about getting a prescription refilled, the response was "hmmm, I'm not really sure"
I might as well just ask the homeless guy down the street, I'd get the same amount of info from him that I would calling an actual hospital. Incompetency or lack of training, these people are utterly worthless.
The operator gave me the wrong number, and come to find out they closed the Endo dept at the hospital months ago, yet somehow the operator didn't know that.
This hospital is a joke. After getting transferred to the wrong department twice, I called an asked for the direct number to endocrinology.
I recently had a family member with a broken wrist treated here. I was impressed with the level of care and kindness shown to us while there for treatment. The staff is incredibly nice, personable, and worked hard to make it a pleasant experience. It seems like everyone genuinely likes working at this location.
My mom was transferred here from Kenosha Aurora because they had no beds available. Was very hesitant because of terrible experiences with Aurora. She was admited for a stroke. The staff was wonderful here. Very compassionate and understanding to my moms needs and to her family. The Docters we're great. I am very pleased with her care while here and she is also.
One star for the simple fact the switchboard operators need some additional training. It shouldnt be 50/50 on whether they transfer you to the department you ask for, but more times than not I've gotten transferred to the wrong office.
I was in the emergency room on a Sunday morning and had outstanding service. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs were friendly and caring. I got results from both CT scan and ultrasounds very quickly. The nurse (Lisa?) was great and the doctor ( a woman ) was calm and reassuring.
