This was one of the best car buying experience for us. Sheila John was our salesperson. We had set up the appointment and when we reached the dealership, our car was all ready for the test drive. Sheila made sure that we see and understand all the features of the car. She answered our questions and not only did she gave us a very fair deal, she explained us the numbers with supporting documentation. She was very courteous, warm and delightful to work with. She exceeded our expectations for excellent customer service.
We walked in not looking for a vehicle and ended up falling in love with a Ford Explorer in the showroom. We worked with Joe who was great! He pulled the SUV out of the showroom so we could test drive it and he was with us every step of the way through all the paperwork. He was a newer employee, but wasn't afraid to ask his peers questions in order to give us the best experience. Bob in finance was awesome and personable as well. Lonnie was great! I went in expecting to buy a used car with my budget, thinking a new one was out of my price range. Lonnie took the time to give me my options and was never pushy. I recently was in need of a good winter car. So I went to see Steve Halbach, I told him the type of car I was looking for and what my budget was and he provided several options.
